Manchester City went back on the road by defeating Chelsea (2-1).
Kevin De Bruyne revived the Sky Blues in the 29th minute with a shot from the left of 18 meters. The ball was, of course, deflected but it would certainly have ended up at the bottom without that boost. City’s first goal, which was followed by a second eight minutes later.
Riyad Mahrez was doing the show on his right side. Served by Rodri, the African champion erased two opposing defenders before finding the opposite goal on a low shot.
