khadija al mardi first Moroccan woman to win the bronze medal in boxe world-championship

Despite losing to the average super weights (75 kg), against Wales’ Lauren Price, in the semifinals, the Moroccan representative khadija al Mardi, has achieved a historic feat, offering Morocco its very first medal in this competition.  at the AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in Russia, This is the only podium obtained by an African national at this eleventh edition of the World Boxing Championships, and the first time in history that a woman boxer achieved that level.al mardi is the africain champion in average super weights (75 kg), the tournament was a good opportunity for her to get more international experience before boxing in Tokyo Olympics 2020.
