Basic rules of pizza work:
– Heat the oven at high temperature for half an hour before the introduction of pizza.

1- Prepare the pizza dough

2 -Preparation method:

3- Prepare the pizza

4- Method of preparation
– Spread the pizza dough by using olive oil, until it is flat.
– Spread the tomato sauce along the dough.
– Add a light layer of finely chopped wild thyme.

5 -Prepare the pizza sauce
- Two cups of tomato cubes.
- White onion.
- Cloves of garlic. Three to four fresh basil leaves.
1 teaspoon dried thyme
- A pinch of salt. Pinch fresh ground black pepper. Pinch sugar.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method of preparation.
- Stir in the tomato blender until we get a semi-tomato juice.
- Put the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onions until it becomes transparent, then add the garlic until it becomes golden in color.
- Add the tomatoes and stir the mixture well, and season with salt and pepper and add sugar, and leave on the fire for ten minutes until the sauce condensed.
- Put the fresh basil leaves in the last two minutes, then beat the mixture in the blender to make sure that the mixture smooth.
